Why has your user Profile not appeared—even though it seems you have logged in successfully?

Your Multi-Factor Authentication Code

The site automatically sends a unique authentication code to your email address—the address you entered in your Profile setup form.

If you have recently changed your email address but haven not entered your new address in your Profile, the verification code has been sent to the web ether, so you did not receive it so you cannot enter it.

Quick Fix

  1. Click the Login icon.
  2. Click the Forgot Login? button.

  3. Select the Lost Username checkbox.

  4. Enter your Username.
  5. Enter your new E-mail Address.
  6. Click the Send Password button.

NOTE: The website should send you a new password to the email address you entered here. If this does not happen, notify the Web Administrator through his Contact form or by using the Website Feedback form.

If you received the new password, login to the website using that machine-generated password. You can change it later as you see fit.
