Welcome to Chattanooga!

Join us at the 46th Annual Reunion of the U.S. Naval Cryptologic Veterans Association
June 8 – 13, 2025

Lookout Mountain Chattanooga

Named by Lonely Planet as “Best in the U.S.” and “[one of the] 10 U.S. destinations you need to see.” The New York Times named Chattanooga one of the “Top 45 Places to go” in the World. And it’s no wonder. Tucked between the mountains of Southeast Tennessee, along the beautiful Tennessee River, Chattanooga is one of America’s most breathtaking cities.

The last time we held a reunion in Chattanooga, it was one of the biggest reunions ever—A great time was had by all!

We have an exciting program of events planned for you, so C’mon, Join old friends and have some fun in Chattanooga!

Registration and Event booking is handled by Military Reunion Planners. The non-refundable registration fee is $60.00 per person. A late registration fee of $20.00 per person will be applied to those who register after April 25, 2025.

Plan of the Days

2025 NCVA Reunion check-in starts on Sunday, June 8, 2025 with check-out on Thursday, June 13, 2025.

You can download the POD for our 2025 Reunion now—Remember, this is a “living” document and is subject to changes!

The Reunion Host for our 2025 Reunion is Dave Fiehtner.

Venue

We will be staying at the full-service DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chattanooga at 407 Chestnut Street, Chattanooga, TN 37402.

The room rate is just $149.00 plus tax per night based on single or double occupancy. This rate is good three (3) days before and after official reunion dates, based on hotel availability. The most fool-proof and least frustrating way to make your hotel reservation is to make them on-line through the hotel’s reservation system.

Alternatively, and least recommended, you may try the International call-center at 800-227-6963. There will be several menu items to go through but if/when you get a human who speaks English, be sure to mention you are with the Naval Cryptologic Veterans Association to get the $149 rate.

If you have any trouble getting a room at the group-rate, or if you who choose to arrive early or stay late, you may need to call our reunion vendor, Military Reunion Planners (MRP) at 817-251-3551 for assistance. The call center is not always current on special negotiations with the hotel. Do NOT hesitate to call MRP.

Notes
  • Only those who book referencing NCVA rate are eligible for the amenities negotiated by NCVA. There are a limited number of rooms at the NCVA rate, so book now to assure availability.
  • You may cancel up until 72 hours before arrival with no penalty.
  • The hotel check-in time is 4:00 P.M. Do not expect to get into your room before then.
  • The hotel will hold rooms until they sell out or until May 8th, whichever comes first.

Transportation and Directions

  • The closest airport to Chattanooga is CHA.
  • If you’re driving, self-parking at the hotel has been reduced to just $11/day.
    • Note: You will need to check in at the hotel before you can park your vehicle. You will receive your parking access key when you complete your check-in.
  • If you need specific directions, please call the hotel directly (423-756-5150).

Golf Tournament

The NCVA Golf Tournament will be held at The Bear Trace Golf Club, a Jack Nicholas Design in Chattanooga, TN on the 10th of June 2025.

The cost per person is $85.00. If you need to rent Golf Clubs, that cost will be extra; we will need to know that in advance. Please download, complete, and send your Tournament Registration form to Lou Tardona, Jr.

This year we are doing something different. Rather than limit folks to two or three meal types and charging you in advance for said meal, we are going to do a “Pay as you Go” concept. When you are done golfing, you can go to the counter, order whatever it is you’d like and pay for it at that time. Ergo; the Reduced price for the tournament as opposed to recent past years.

The tournament will be an 18-hole scramble with folks over 75 playing from the forward Tee’s (Red Tees) (5,292 yards) and folks under 75 playing from the White Tees (5,972 yards). More information will be distributed once we get closer to the event.

Any questions can be directed to Lou Tardona, Jr. (alternatively, call or text Lou at 352-467-0140).
