The U.S. Naval Cryptologic Veterans Association is proud to announce our 2017 Reunion will be held in Nashville, Tennessee from Thursday, 25 May through Monday, 29 May. Early check-in begins on Wednesday, 24 May contiguous with the annual Board of Directors meeting.

Fees

Registration Fee $35.00 Required for each attendee and allows general socializing throughout the reunion and daily access to the hospitality room, including non-alcoholic (coffee/tea/juice/soda) consumption. Banquet excluded.
Hospitality Fee $80.00 Includes registration fee and full access to the hosted bar in the hospitality room. Banquet excluded.
Banquet Fee $70.00 Entitles attendee to the Sunday evening banquet. Dress casual.
Combined Fee $140.00 Includes registration fee, full access to the hospitality room and banquet dinner. ($10.00 SAVINGS)

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations received before Tuesday April 25, 2017 will be fully refundable.
  2. Cancellations received on or after 25 April will be refunded minus a $20.00 processing fee.

Golf Tournament

Our tournament will start at 0800 (muster at 0730) on Friday, 26 May at Gaylord Springs Golf Resort.

  • Total cost will be approximately $95.00 which includes green and carts fees.
  • A lunch will be provided after the golf tournament.

Jack Daniel’s is the oldest registered distillery in the U.S. and where Mr. Jack created the famous Old No. 7. Hit Makers & Legends Tour May 25 & 27 Visit Music Row, the heartbeat of music where songwriters hone their craft, hits are made and dreams come true. Honky Tonkin’ with Johnny & George May 25 & 26 Head downtown for an evening of Honky Tonks and a visit to The Johnny Cash Museum, home of the world’s largest collection of memorabilia from the late country entertainer. See over 1,000 items on display in the museum, This is a must see museum of The Man in Black, a true legend of country music. Then make your way up to the George Jones Entertainment Complex to experience the history and see George “Possum” Jones life up close and personal.
Performance of The Grand Ole Opry May 27 This evening, attend Nashville’s must-see attraction and the world’s longest running live radio show, The Grand Ole Opry, an American experience like no other!
General Jackson Lunch Cruise and Memorial Service May 27 Lunch today will be a real treat as you step aboard the General Jackson Showboat, the largest showboat in the USA. Delight in the panoramic sights outstanding entertainment and wonderful lunch as you experience the proud tradition of the great showboats of yesterday. Prior to lunch, the NCVA Memorial Service will be held aboard the General Jackson with a wreath toss into the Cumberland River.
Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Opry Mills May 28 Visit Gaylord Opryland Hotel with an atrium filled with more than 50,000 plants twin waterfalls a river and more. Then go to Opry Mills Mall for some shopping in the more than 200 stores and lunch at one of the many restaurants.
