Texas BBQ is NOT hamburgers and hot dogs.

There will be:

  • Slow–roasted brisket.
  • Mesquite grilled chicken with —
    • Poblano cream sauce.
    • Grilled hickory smoked sausage with peppers & onions.
  • Texas–style beans.
  • Red bliss potato salad and creamy Texas coleslaw.
  • Jalapeno corn bread.
  • Chef’s selection dessert.
  • Coffee, tea, decaf.

There will be be a lot of food!

We can eat until it is gone.

COVID-19

Yes, we know there is a lot of uncertainty with regards to COVID and how it may impact the 2021 reunion. The reunion hosts and NCVA Board are monitoring closely. We will provide updates as 2021 begins and the reunion cancellation deadlines approach. For now, we continue preparations for the reunion and encourage all who are considering attending to go ahead and register.
